Hello again everybody.
We can't believe where the time has gone, (we've been so busy!), Half Term is upon us already.
Here in Class 6T we have continued to prepeare for our SATs. Lots of Mental Maths Tests to keep our brains working and lots of ink being used with all the writing that is going on. So this coming holiday is well deserved by all.
On our last post we promised you some photographs of our drama session, where the class acted out their version of Cinderella. No doubt by now you would have heard all about it, but as promised there is a little movie attached of the great work.
Science has found us looking at how circuits work and what sort of things conduct electricity. Again, we have downloaded some photographs for you to look at.
The project for this term was to create a Fairground with moving parts. We had some fantastic projects brought in which you will be able to see for yourselves - YES, another movie for you to look at and share with the children. The Fairgrounds were made from many different things, ranging from recycled bits and bobs to construction kits. All were excellent and had a lot of hard work put in to them. A big thank you for all the effort everyone, (and we're sure that includes a few Mums, Dads and family members).
Today has seen us all wearing 'Silly Ties' to raise money for our classes. (Thanks to all of you who gave up your ties. Some of them were - 'lovely'!!). All monies raised between now and the end of the school year will be used for treats for the children. Each class gets to keep the money it has raised. So a big thank you for your continued support.
Well, I think that just leaves us to wish everybody a happy and restful Half Term and we will all see each other on our return. Have fun.
